We'll negotiate contracts on your behalf, file all neccesary permits with local munipalities, consult with engineers, architects, and boards for zoning plannig and approval, and oversee project timelines, budgets, design Changes & Implementation.

if we don't fit the need as a construction manager on you're project due to size, budget, or other constriants, rest assured we can still help. we offer Owner representative services, allowing us to assist with any problems found along the way. contractor issues, sub-contractor problems, Budgeting headaches, file management, & procurement services at the start of the project are all issues we can resolve.
