4 Stages:
All of our projects begin with detailed planning and design. From start to finish, we control all aspects of design including the design, specifications, and finish materials.
All projects in consideration, whether they involve new construction, or an addition to existing items, require contract documents. These documents describe and illustrate our design, layouts, equipment, and a time line of when the project is scheduled to begin and end.
Construction begins with all necessary building permits, blueprints, and zoning approval. Whether we are the general contractor, or a subcontractor, the preparation and planning of the project is completed, and actual work begins.
Our final stage of the construction process is completion. When we leave the site for the last time, it must meet not only your expectations, but must meet our own high standards.
