All projects in consideration, whether they involve new construction, or an addition to existing items, require contract documents. These documents describe and illustrate our design, layouts, equipment, and a time line of when the project is scheduled to begin and end.
Construction begins with all necessary building permits, blueprints, and zoning approval. Whether we are the general contractor or a subcontractor, the preparation and planning of the project is completed, and actual work begins.
Our final stage of the construction process is the completion phase. When we leave the site for the last time, it must meet not only your expectations, we set our own high standards on every project.
